When you’re stressed out for not being productive…

Yup, we all have those days when we just can’t get ourselves to do what we’ve got to do.

But hey, let’s not punish ourselves by stressing out about it.

First of all, the fact that you’re being conscious that you’re not being productive, shows just how much you care about being the best version of yourself.

You need to realise that so many people let time pass by without even thinking about whether they’re being productive or not.

So be proud.

Be proud that you’re trying to better yourself.

Because not many people can do that.

You’re the only one who knows how much work you’ve put in.

No one but you, know about the times when you felt like giving up but you still kept going.

No one knows this but you.

Don’t let other people convince you that you’re not doing enough.

Because YOU. ARE. ENOUGH.

And I know that because you’re reading this. The reason why you’re here is because you’re that kind of person! The kind that cares about who they are and who they’re becoming.

Be proud of yourself.

And be kind to yourself as well.

Sometimes things can get overwhelming, so treat yourself like you would if your best friend was in your situation.

Tell yourself that it’s okay, to just relax, take a deep breath and make yourself a drink ;)

And when you think you’re ready, get back to work! You can do this. I know you can!!!
